INFO POOL Command

Expiration Suspended - Confirm System Time to Enable
(When the warning message appears, check the system clock to see if it needs
correcting. After you correct the time, or if the time should not be changed, use
ALTER MEDIADEFS with the RESET EXPIRATION option to confirm that the
system time is correct.)
For both of the preceding examples, if DSM/TC is not being used, only the tape
support level information is displayed; that is, the information for Support Level,
Automated, and Compression.
INFO POOL Command
INFO POOL retrieves these attributes of a pool:
Its name
The label types allowed in the pool
The assigned density of the pool
The type of tape allowed in the pool
The autoscratch value for tapes containing expired files
Whether the pool is included in the system search space
Whether the pool contains append-capable tape volumes
INFO POOL
entered without a pool name, volume catalog name, and an OUT file, sends
information for the session default pool and volume catalog to your current default
output file (usually your home terminal).
pool-name
is the logical name of the pool or pools. Wild-card characters are permitted in this
name. The default is the name set by the POOL command.
