INFO TAPELABEL Command (Super Group Only)
These items apply to an unexpired file on the tape. If more than one unexpired file is
on the tape, only the first one is used for reporting purposes.
tfile Name of the file.
setid Name of the first tape that data was written to for the tape set of tfile.
sect Number that identifies the order of the tape within a multitape tape set (1 for first
tape, 2 for second tape, and so on).
seq Number that identifies the order that tfile was written to the tape set (1 for
first file, 2 for second file, and so on).
gen Absolute generation number of tfile.
ver Version number of tfile.
cdate Date when tape label was written.
expire Date that tfile expires. This item’s value is SCRATCH if there are no files on
the tape or if all the files have expired.
access2 User-defined information for the security level of tfile. HP does not support
this item, and it is always zero in labels created by a NonStop Kernel process.
count Block count information. It is always zero in the HDR1 label.
code User-defined information. HP does not support this item, and it is left blank in
labels created by a NonStop Kernel process.
recform Format of tfile. The value of recform can be:
F All records are the same length.
U No format is defined for the records.
V Records vary in length.
blklen Length of each record block in bytes.
reclen Length of each record in bytes. If the record format is undefined, the value for
reclen is 0.
den Recording density of tape. The value of den can be:
0 Full function mode for 5180 tape drive
Space Not a 5180 tape drive
pos A code indicating a tape switch occurred while writing tfile. The value of pos
can be:
0 No tape switch.
1 A tape switch.
job Name of job and job step that created tfile. HP does not support this item,
and it is left blank in labels created by a NonStop Kernel process.
rec Tape recording technique. HP does not support this item, and it is left blank in
labels created by a NonStop Kernel process.
cc Printer control code. HP does not support this item, and it is left blank in labels
created by a NonStop Kernel process.
