DLTIII
Only DLTIII tapes are permitted.
DLTIV
Only DLTIV tapes are permitted.
LTO1
Only LTO1 tapes are permitted.
LTO2
Only LTO2 tapes are permitted.

RESET TYPE
changes the current TYPE value to ANY.
Examples
A tape pool called TAPES_FOR_STAR was created with the autoscratch feature
set to off, meaning any assigned tape in that pool is given a status of released
when its files expire. You now want the assigned tapes to revert to scratch status
when their files expire, so you change the autoscratch value to ON:

The density value was incorrectly given as ANY when a pool was created. You
verified that all the tapes in the pool have a density of 6250, so you change the
pool’s density to 6250:
