Bits 4-5 - Display Type Partially supported. Normal display (coded 00 and 01) is
shown using the Tandem terminal dim video. Intensified
display (coded 10) is shown using the Tandem terminal
normal video. Nondisplay (coded 11) is shown using blank
video. The selector-pen-detectable feature is not supported.
Bit 6 - Must be Zero Ignored.
Bit 7 - Modified Data Tag Fully supported.
