EMCOM Messages
STATUS - *1026* TERMINAL STARTED
Acknowledgment that the terminal was started.
STATUS - *1027* TERMINAL STOPPED
Acknowledgment that the terminal was stopped.
ERROR - *1028* TERMINAL ALREADY STARTED
A START command was issued for a running terminal.
ERROR - *1029* MISSING OR INVALID DATA PAGES VALUE
A DATA PAGES value was not found or invalid.
ERROR - *1030* MISSING OR INVALID MDTTIMER VALUE
A MDTTIMER value was not found or invalid. Values from 0 to 32767 are
accepted.
WARN - *1031* PROCESS NOT RUNNING NONSTOP
A SWITCH command was issued to an EM3270 emulator process with no backup.
ERROR - *1032* INVALID COMMAND
An unrecognized command was issued to EMCOM.
ERROR - *1033* SECURITY VIOLATION
The requesting user failed the security check for the requested operation.
ERROR - *1034* TERMINAL ALREADY CONFIGURED
An ADD or RUN command was attempted for a terminal that is already configured.
The system name is not used for this test.
STATUS - *1035* TERMINAL ADDED
Acknowledgment that the terminal was configured.
ERROR - *1036* TERMINAL NOT CONFIGURED
A DELETE, START, or STOP command was issued for a nonexistent device.
STATUS - *1037* TERMINAL DELETED
Acknowledgment that the terminal was removed from the configuration.
ERROR - *1038* INVALID SECURITY ATTRIBUTE
The security attribute must be “A”, “G”, “O”, “-”, “N”, “C”, or “U”.
ERROR - *1039* INVALID FILE NAME
An invalid file-system name was specified.
