Color-Mapping and Function-Key Mapping
The second type is extended color mapping and is implemented by the Start Field
Extended Order (SFE) as follows:
# of attribute pairs
specifies the number of attribute type-value pairs that follows.
attribute type, attribute value
specifies the bit combination of type code and value that selects the color. Specify
one each of the options listed in Table E-1.
