Kanji Emulator Session
This subsection describes an EM3270 emulator session with Kanji terminals accessing
Kanji hosts. It describes a central operator control configuration that brings up the
emulator by invoking EMCOM in noninteractive mode.
The example of the EM3270 emulator environment is shown in Figure 3-4. In this
figure, all control processes, such as SCF, SPOOLCOM, PATHCOM, and PATHMON,
have been omitted for clarity. All three terminals are configured to the IBM and Fujitsu
hosts. In the example, the sessions listed in Table 3-2 are applicable.
