HELP Command
OBEYSYS
shows the current default system name used in the expansion of OBEY file
names.
OBEYVOL
shows the current default volume and subvolume used in the expansion of
OBEY file names.
OBJECT
shows the current default object types (these can be either DEVICE or
PROCESS).

EXIT Command
The EXIT command stops EMCOM. However, all active EM3270 emulator processes
continue to run normally. There are no parameters to the EXIT command.
FC Command
The FC command fixes a command without your having to retype it. If you make an
error and do not know what it is, use the HELP command to get syntactical information.
Then, use the FC command to correct the error. Because the HELP command is not
saved by EMCOM, FC restores the previous command attempt.
However, unlike TACL, when using the EM3270 emulator you can retrieve only the
most recently entered command; HELP commands are overlooked. (See the detailed
description of the TACL FC command in the Tandem Advanced Command Language
(TACL) Reference Manual.)
HELP Command
The HELP command allows you to obtain either a list of valid commands or the syntax
for a specific command. If you specify a valid command name following HELP, the
syntax for that command is returned. If you do not specify a valid command name,
EMCOM responds with a list of valid command names.
