application, if either is active.

STOP $T3 ! stops device $T3 immediately
STOP *stops all configured devices
STOP PROCESSstops the assumed process

SWITCH Command
The SWITCH command causes a primary EM3270 emulator process to terminate,
allowing its backup process to take over. There are no parameters to the SWITCH
command.

SYSTEM Command
The SYSTEM command sets a default system name to be used in the expansion of file
names. The initial setting for SYSTEM is that of the current default system passed to
EMCOM by TACL. If system-name is omitted, the default system name is reset to local
file-name expansion.
system-name
specifies the default system name to be used in the expansion of file names.
