is the event-message buffer provided by the caller.
maxbuflen input
INT:value
is the length, in bytes, of the buffer and cannot be greater than ZEMS-VAL-EVT-
BUFLEN (4024).
SSID input

is the ID of the subsystem that owns the object that no longer needs operator
attention.
Event number input
INT:value
is a number, specific to this subsystem, that identifies this event message.
Action ID input
INT:value
is the action ID that was specified in the original operator attention needed event.
Subject token ID input
INT(32):value
is the token code of the subject of this event message.
Subject value input
STRING .EXT:ref:*
is the value of the subject to be added to the event message.
