Definitions of EMS Tokens in the Event Message

ZEMS-TKN-EMPHASIS
(type Boolean; shared) is designed to convey—from the
perspective of the reporting subsystem—whether an
event message should be considered critical. Set this
token to TRUE to emphasize the event, though its
perceived degree of seriousness will depend on your
operations environment and the current situation.
For a pre-EMS message that can be critical, include this
token in the tokenized event message. If the original
message contains the ASCII character BEL, marking it
as critical, set the token to TRUE to add the BEL
character to the formatted output text of the message.
The console receiving the BEL will beep.
