MANAGER
(type fname32) is the process ID of a name manager. Certain subsystems,
such as Pathway, create event messages that contain names that require
qualification to be unique. For example, term6 might mean different things
to different Pathway systems. A name manager (PATHMON for Pathway)
specifies such names uniquely. For more information about name
