ALTER Command (ZCOM-CMD-ALTER)
ZDIST-BLOCKING-PRESENT (Boolean field)
must be set to true if the sequential blocking flag is allowed in ZDIST-SEQ-
BLOCKING.
ZDIST-SEQ-BLOCKING (Boolean field)
indicates whether sequential blocking is selected for all log files except the
current file associated with the collector.
