CONTROL Procedure
.<0> = 1, .<8:15> = station index value: Specifies the station that is to 
receive the DISC command.
NRM Trib .<0> = 0, 
NRM Trib .<15>
 = 0: Switches the local station to the Logical 
Disconnected state (LDS), so that the station responds 
with DM to all messages from the primary station 
(other than SNRM).
NRM Trib .<0> = 0, 
NRM Trib .<15>
= 1: The secondary station remains in ITS but 
responds with RD to any further messages (other than 
DISC command frames) from the primary station.
NRM Trib .<0> = 1: The station specified by stn. index <8:15> 
remains in the Information Transfer State (ITS), but 
responds with RD to the next message (any further 
messages other than a DISC) from the primary station.
19 Causes a request to the driver to perform a 
modem-control operation to drop DTR. 
Clears the 
Data Terminal Ready (DTR) modem signal. Required 
with switched-line facilities, and recommended for all 
line configurations, because nonswitched lines often 
have switched-line backup configurations.
