INFO PROFILE Command
Protocol
Identifies the communications protocol for the LINE.
For alterable attribute definitions, see the descriptions under ALTER Command on
page 5-7.
Example 5-13 shows how to inquire about specific parameters on a LINE object.
Considerations
•
Attributes specified in addition to the DETAIL option are ignored and a warning is
issued.
•
Duplicate attributes are ignored and a warning message is issued.
INFO PROFILE Command
Use the WAN subsystem INFO PROFILE command to return, for the specified
PROFILE, a list of the DEVICE objects configured to use the profile and a list of the
modifier keywords and corresponding modifier values contained in the profile.
The command syntax is as follows:
OUT file-spec
causes any SCF output generated for this command to be directed to the specified
file.
PROFILE $ZZWAN.#profile-name
indicates the name of the PROFILE object, as specified in the ADD PROFILE
command.
modifier-keyword [ modifier-value ]
modifier-keyword and modifier-value specify product-specific
characteristics for the DEVICE object. modifier-keyword specifies a keyword
defined in profile-name, and modifier-value specifies a string of
characters associated with the specified modifier-keyword.
