OSM software that lets you set up criteria to view log files in several ways, enabling
you to rapidly assess service problems. The OSM Event Viewer is launched from
within the OSM LLL and the OSM Service Connection.

WAN Wizard Pro is a graphical user interface (GUI) that guides you step-by-step
through the configuration process of one or more SWAN concentrators. WAN Wizard
Pro is an efficient alternative to using multiple SCF commands.
WAN Wizard Pro provides instructions for configuring Envoy and EnvoyACP/XF, and
includes an online help system that describes all the EnvoyACP/XF profile modifiers.
Depending on your RVU, you gain access to WAN Wizard Pro through the taskbar on
your system console by using one of these methods:
