SCF Error Messages for
EnvoyACP/XF
This appendix describes SCF error numbers and messages presented by the
EnvoyACP/XF subsystem. These errors all have positive error numbers. Errors
returned by the EnvoyACP/XF subsystem that have negative error numbers are SCF
errors common to many subsystems. Negative-numbered SCF error messages are
described in the SCF Reference Manual for G-Series RVUs.
Each error listed includes a description of the probable cause, an explanation of the
effect, and a recommended recovery action. The error messages are listed in
numerical order.
Some error messages might not be easily recoverable and might require you to seek
additional assistance. In such cases, follow the standard procedures at your site for
contacting support personnel. These procedures might involve contacting the Global
Customer Support Center (GCSC).
Collect any information for the support personnel, including details from the error
message, a description of the problem and accompanying symptoms, and supporting
documentation such as EMS logs, trace files, and a saveabend file. If your operating
procedures require contacting the Global Customer Support Center (GCSC), please
supply your system number and the numbers and versions of all related products.

Effect. The command could not be completed.
Recovery. Reissue the command, specifying the attribute once.

Cause. An internal error has occurred.
Effect. Not applicable.
Recovery. Contact your HP service provider.
