Optional Modifier Descriptions
You can set or override IDLETIMER by issuing a SETMODE 16 call in an application or
by issuing an SCF ALTER LINE command to the EnvoyACP/XF subsystem.
IGNOREDSR/NOIGNOREDSR
IGNOREDSR modifier specifies that DSR will not be checked for an OFF condition
before completing a disconnection of a leased line. NOIGNOREDSR modifier specifies
that DSR will be checked for an OFF condition before completing a disconnection of a
leased line.
IOPAGES
The number of I/O pages determines how much buffer space must be reserved for
EnvoyACP/XF. EnvoyACP/XF calculates this value internally based on the values of
the FRAMESIZE and MAXPUS modifiers. For most configurations, use the default
value.
L1RETRY
Specifies the maximum number of level-1, error-recovery attempts made before an
error is reported to the application. These errors include WRITE operation failures and
DSR failures.
You can alter this modifier by issuing an SCF ALTER LINE command to the
EnvoyACP/XF subsystem but not by issuing a SETMODE procedure call in an
application.
