Limited Conversational Mode
The remote station makes all transmissions except the last with calls to the WRITE
procedure; the last message is transmitted with a call to the WRITEREAD procedure.
The local station receives all transmissions with calls to the READ procedure. When the
last message is read by the local station, it makes a conversational reply with a call to the
WRITEREAD procedure.
