File-System Errors
Upon completion of a file-system request, the multipoint supervisor application should
check for the Guardian 90 file-system codes listed in Table 8-5.
The general file-system errors listed in Table 8-6
are also possible.
Note. Output to an auxiliary port can be included in this message format.
The maximum number of recognized light code/field length pairs is ten; any light code/
field length pairs after the tenth pair are ignored.

0 Operation successful
140 Modem error (communication link not yet established, modem failure,
momentary loss of carrier, or disconnect)
160 Request is invalid for device state; protocol error
161 Impossible event occurred for line state
162 Operation timed out
166 ENQ received
171 No response or invalid response received
172 Reply not proper for protocol
173 Maximum allowable NAKs received
176 Poll sequence ended with no responder
177 Text overrun (insufficient buffer space for data transfer)
178 No address list specified
