Cause. The command is not being issued in the correct summary state with the line.

Effect. The command is rejected.

Recovery. Change the line summary state to a correct state and retry the command.

E000011

Cause. ALTER command rejected; attribute conflicts with adapter type.

Effect. The attribute will not be changed to the new value that you entered.

Recovery. Make sure that the correct attribute is being used for this adapter type.

E000012

Cause. ALTER command rejected; attribute conflicts with device subtype.

Effect. The attribute will not be changed to the new value that you entered.

Recovery. Make sure that the correct attribute is being used for this device subtype.

E000013

Cause. ALTER command rejected; attr conflicts with existing attribute.

Effect. The attribute will not be changed to the new value that you entered.

Recovery. Check the attribute dependency and make sure that the other dependent

attribute is correct. If necessary, use the ALTER command to change the conflicting

attribute. Retry the command.
