Probable Cause
The generation of an event unknown to the process was requested.
System Action
None.
Recovery
Report the event to your Compaq representative.
1001: ZENV-EVT-BADEIOSTATUS
This is a critical event. The Envoy subsystem detected an error while issuing an EIO.
The affected Envoy process terminates abnormally, then a CPU switch occurs. This
event and the following event (ZENV-EVT-BADIIOSTATUS) are equivalent to pre-
EMS console message 3.
