System Action
A CPU switch occurs. The primary I/O PROCESS gives ownership of the device to the
backup process.
Recommended Actions
1. Collect the EMS messages from the EMS log.
2. Call your Compaq representative.
Considerations
•
This event is equivalent to the EMS-defined common event ZEMS-EVT-
IOBUSMESS.
•
This event is also sent to the TSM subsystem.
•
An interrupt status with a value of zero could indicate that the interrupt status was
not available.
•
Auto-poll termination and byte-count termination could be the normal status after an
I/O has completed processing.
