This event is equivalent to the EMS-defined common event ZEMS-EVT-ERRORMESS.
1004: ZENV-EVT-STATS-LINE
This is a noncritical event. This event indicates that communications line errors have
exceeded the designated threshold value (or were closed, and nonzero device statistics
were recorded). This event is equivalent to pre-EMS console messages 8 and 9.
