This modifier applies to all Envoy line types. It specifies the interval for probing the
status of the data link control (DLC) task during periods of inactivity between the Envoy
line-handler process and the DLC task.
INSPECT
Default: INSPECTOFF

Alternate modifier: INSPECTOFF
This modifier applies to all Envoy line types. It causes the Envoy subsystem to enter
Inspect when the Envoy line-handler process is started. This modifier should only be
used for debugging purposes.

This modifier applies to all Envoy line types. It causes the Envoy subsystem not to enter
Inspect when the Envoy line-handler process is started.
