Error Messages
EMSA 31027
Cause. The collector is not associated with the distributor and cannot be disconnected.
Recovery. Contact your Tandem representative.
EMSA 31031
Cause. The distributor cannot access the event log.
Recovery. Make sure the EMSLOG attribute is a valid EMS log file.
EMSA 31032
Cause. The distributor is in log-file mode, and the requested log-file position is too far
in the future, past the end of file position in the log file.
Recovery. Specify an earlier start time.
EMSA 31033
Cause. The distributor cannot find the next file to be searched. Either a legitimate file is
missing, or the distributor’s first event message after the cold-load event message
contains an erroneous file name as its previous logname.
Recovery. Report this problem to your System Manager.
EMSA 31035
Cause. A printing distributor has received more than the maximum (5) number of
requests for TEXTOUT destinations.
Recovery. Specify not more than the maximum (5) TEXTOUT destinations for a
printing distributor.
The collector is not associated with the distributor
Event log (EMSLOG) cannot be accessed
Event messages for this timestamp are not in this log file
Next file to be searched cannot be found
Maximum number of TEXTOUT destinations was reached
