Getting Status Information About a Distributor
To retrieve status information about a distributor, type the following at the prompt:
-> status
This command retrieves status information about the assumed distributor since a
distributor name was not specified.
For the syntax of the STATUS
command and complete output display examples, see
Section 5, Command Descriptions.
Example
This example shows a status display for EMS Analyzer’s own consumer distributor.
Using a Filter
To search for specific events, you must use a filter with EMS Analyzer. You can use the
default filter (EMSAFLTR) or your own filter. You must use EMSAFLTR default filter
to specify values for filter parameters. If you use your own filter, only start and stop time
attributes will be available. For information on setting up your own filter, see the EMS
Manual.
To specify the EMS Analyzer default filter, use the following command:
-> alter, filter emsafltr
