ALTER
32767. If no value is specified, the actual Eventdb primary extent size
value is assumed.
sec-ext
is the secondary extent size (units of 2048 bytes) of the specified data
base or CSV file. The value is an integer in the range of 0 through
32767. If no value is specified, the primary extent size value is assumed.
max-ext
is the maximum number of extents to be created for the specified data
base or CSV file. The value is an integer in the range of 0 through
978. If no value is specified, the actual Eventdb maximum extents
value is assumed.
PURGE [ ( [prim-ext] [, [sec-ext] [, [max-ext]] ]
the specified data base or CSV file now exists and is purged and recreated.
EVENTNUMBER [ - 32767 .. + 32767 ]
is a particular event number and requires the value to be in the specified range.
EVENTTYPE [ ALL | CRITICAL | ACTION ]
only those specified EMS event types can be selected.
ALL
all events corresponding to specified parameters are selected. This is the default
value.
CRITICAL
only critical events corresponding to specified parameters are selected.
ACTION
only action-attention events corresponding to specified parameters are selected.
FILTER [ filter-name ]
filter used to select events. If a filter is not specified, the distributor passes all events
by default.
filter-name
any Tandem external file name, with file code 845 (compiled filter). EMS
Analyzer’s own filter is EMSAFLTR. Use this filter to modify filter parameters.
