SET
parameter
[
parameter

parameter
is one of the following terms:
A[CU] [\
system
.]$
acu
specifies the name of the automatic calling unit (ACU) and, optionally, the
system on which it resides. This parameter specifies the ACU associated with
the data communications line specified in the LINE parameter. If no ACU is
associated with the specified data communications line, this parameter must
be omitted.
acu
can be in one of two forms:
acu
can be from one to seven alphanumeric characters, of which the
first must be a letter. If the system name is also specified,
acu
must be
no longer than six characters.
acu
can be from one to four digits with a maximum value of 4095.
In either form, $
acu
must name an existing ACU that was defined during
system generation.
You must also specify the system on which the ACU resides (\
system
) if one
or both of the following is true.
The ACU does not reside on the same system as the line server.
The line server, the data communications line, and the ACU reside on the
local system, and you want them to be accessible from other systems.
\
system
must be the name of an existing Tandem system that is part of the same
EXPAND network as the system on which the Exchange/RJE command
interpreter is running. The data communications line and the ACU must
reside on the same system.
If the ACU resides on the same system as the line server, you can omit
\
system
. However, if the line server and the ACU do not reside on the
same system as the command interpreter, the location of the ACU is more
apparent if you specify the system name even though it is not required.
