SNCI40E CONSOLE SERVICE INACTIVE OR NOT SUPPORTED
Problem. An attempt has been made to send or receive console data and either the line
server does not support a console subdevice or an I/O error occurred while sending or
receiving the console data.
Solution. Use the SHOW command to determine if a console subdevice is supported. If
a console subdevice is supported, use the DISCONNECT command and disconnect
from the line server. Then use the CONNECT command and establish a new
connection with the line server. If the line server does not support a console subdevice,
stop the line server and start a new line server that does support a console subdevice.
SNCI41E INVALID DUMP RANGE SPECIFIED.
Problem. You have entered a DUMP command in which the beginning or ending
sequence number is out of range. That is, the trace file does not contain records with
the sequence numbers you specified.
Solution. Enter the DUMP command again with beginning and ending sequence
numbers that are in the correct range. You can use the STEP form of the DUMP
command to see the sequence numbers of the first and last records in the trace file.
