SNSR18F EXCHANGE MICROCODE IS NOT INSTALLED ON CPU number .
Problem. The required microcode is not installed.
Solution. Install the required microcode, and then try the operation again.
SNSR19E READY FILE name TO CONTINUE
Problem. The specified files require manual intervention before the operation can
continue. Typically, the specified file is a device, such as a printer, that needs to be
placed online or otherwise made ready for operation.
Solution. Make the specified file ready for operation.
SNSR20E RECSIZE ERROR ON FILE - filename
SNSR20 SYSTEM ERROR - number
Problem. The specified record size is not allowed, or no record size is specified where
one is required.
Solution. Enter the command again, and specify a record size that is allowed. See
Section 3 for information on allowed record sizes.
SNSR22E INTERNAL PROCESS ERROR NUMBER - nn
Problem. Internal process error number nn is used to identify an unexpected internal
error.
Solution. Record the error number and contact your local Tandem support office.
Line Server Messages This subsection lists the messages issued by the Exchange/SNA line server. Some of
the messages are shown here on two lines even though the messages are displayed on
a single line on your screen.
Some message explanations indicate that you should contact your local Tandem
support office. Before calling the office, please gather the information outlined in the
section “Before Contacting Tandem,” later in this appendix.
