Problems After Connection. If you have a problem after successfully connecting to the
host, please include the following:
The information specified for connection problems.
If you are reporting an Abend, include the SAVE file of the server that abnormally
terminated.
If you are using an application rather than the command interpreter, describe in as
much detail as possible the interaction between the application and the line server.
Include procedure calls, the order of the calls, the parameters specified (especially
any timeout values), and so on.
A trace of the SNAX/XF or SNAX/CDF line.
The trace file collected from Exchange/SNA.
Note that these two traces must cover the same time period and must include the time
when the problem occurred.
