COMMENT Command The COMMENT command identifies a comment line in a file of Exchange/SNA
commands.

is the text of the comment line. The text must be separated from COMMENT by
one or more blanks. The maximum length of the complete line is 130 characters.
Considerations The COMMENT command identifies a comment line in a file of Exchange/SNA
commands. Use the COMMENT command to document command files used by the
OBEY command or the IN option of the RJECIS command.
Comment lines are ignored by the Exchange/SNA command interpreter. Blank lines
are also ignored by the Exchange/SNA command interpreter. You can include blank
lines anywhere in a file of Exchange/SNA commands.
Example This example shows the COMMENT command:
