LOGOF[F]
sets the LOGOFF file specification to an undefined state. In this case, the
STOP command sends a single record to the host that contains the command
LOGOFF. The record is filled with blanks on the right to a length of 80 bytes.
LOGON
sets the LOGON file specification to an undefined state. A LOGON file must
be specified before you start a new line server.
NA[ME]
sets the line server’s name to an undefined state. If a CONNECT command is
executed when the line server’s name is undefined, a new line server is started
and the line server is assigned a temporary process name by the operating
system.
PRIN[TER]
sets the printer subdevice class name to PR and the number of printer
subdevices to one. In this case, the line server supports a single printer
subdevice with the name of PR1.
PRIO[RITY]
sets the line server’s execution priority to the same priority as the
Exchange/SNA command interpreter.
PRO[GRAM]
sets the program file from which a line server is started to the SNAXSV file on
the system, volume, and subvolume on which the Exchange/SNA command
interpreter resides.
PUN[CH]
sets the punch subdevice class name to PU and the number of punch
subdevices to 1. In this case, the line server supports a single punch subdevice
with the name of PU1.
PUR[GE]
sets PURGE on.
RE[ADER]
sets the card-reader subdevice class name to RD and the number of card-
reader subdevices to one. In this case, the line server supports a single card-
reader subdevice with the name of RD1.
