INFO PATH Command
INFO PATH Command
The display for a path without the DETAIL option has the format as shown in
Example 15-1. The asterisk (*) indicates that the attribute can be altered using the
ALTER command, described earlier in this section.
Name
is the device name of the path.
Compress
shows whether Layer 4 data compression is enabled (ON) or disabled (OFF).
Nextsys
is the system number of the neighbor system on this path.
L4Retries
specifies the number of times the line-handler process will try an end-to-end (Layer
4) request before reporting an error.
L4Timeout
reports the time interval for the Layer 4 timer.
Example 15-2
shows the display format for a path with the DETAIL option. The asterisk
(*) indicates that the attribute can be altered using the ALTER command, described
earlier in this section.
