Overview of the FCSA
FCSAs are installed in slots 1 through 5 of an I/O Adapter Module (IOAM) enclosure.
Since there are two logical modules in an IOAM enclosure, a total of 10 FCSAs can be
installed in an enclosure. FCSAs are installed in pairs. The pairs may be installed one
each in the two IOAM modules in the same IOAM enclosure or the pair may be
