Make Sure the Slot was not Previously Configured
Make Sure the Slot was not Previously Configured
1. To make sure that the slot was not previously configured for another adapter, issue
these SCF commands:
-> INFO ADAPTER $ZZSTO.*
-> INFO ADAPTER $ZZLAN.*
2. If the display shows that the slot you want to use is configured for another adapter,
delete that adapter before attempting to install the FCSA.
Ensure the IOAM is Powered On
Check that IOAM power cables are plugged in and the lights are on. See the Modular
I/O Installation and Configuration Guide if there is any problem.
