Print the FCSA Forms
Follow the procedure described in Print the FCSA Forms on page 3-3, but you only
need one form instead of the two indicated in that procedure.
Determine the FCSA Physical Location
Follow the procedure described in Determine the Physical Location of the FCSA on
page 3-3.
Identify the Devices
Follow the procedure described in Identify the Devices on page 3-4.
Switch the Paths
Follow the procedure described in Switch the Paths to Another FCSA on page 3-6.
Stop the Paths
