The WWN of each SAC is identified by the Port Name field. In this example, the WWN of SAC
1 is 50060B00001D535C, and SAC 2 is 50060B00001D535E.

Complete the FCSA to ESS Connection form. Figure 2-4 shows a sample completed form.
