csv
is the file name of the output CSV file. The default file name is CSVFMH. The file
is created if it does not already exist. The file is overwritten if it already exists.
print
is the spooler location for the FMH reports. The default file name is $S.#FLWMP.
The CSV file is an ASCII text file, but it is not in Tandem EDIT format. The file is
technically an unstructured file and contains text records terminated by carriage return
and line feed characters. The file can be transferred unaltered to the PC using IXF.
Other transfer methods can be used as long as they do not alter the format of the data
or the file. The file extension .FMH is required. Here is an example of a file transfer
using IXF:

The file is now ready for the Flow Map PC component.
Installing Flow Map on
the PC
This subsection describes how to install Flow Map PC (FMP). The requirements for
installation are listed in Table 2-1, System Requirements. Installing FMP consists of
the following main steps:
1. Transferring the Flow Map PC executable file from the installation subvolume
(ISV) on the Tandem host system to the PC.
2. Extracting the Flow Map PC program files.
3. Creating the Flow Map program icon in Windows.
4. Testing the installation.
Installation Subvolume When you restore FMP files from the SUT, the following files are located on the ISV
(ZFMP):

Detailed Installation
Procedure
This subsection provides detailed instructions for installing Flow Map on your PC.
These instructions assume that you name the file FLOWMAP.EXE and the directory
C:\FLOWMAP. Flow Map's performance will not be affected if you assign a different
file name or directory. Before your installation, read the Flow Map SOFTDOC file and
the AAREADME file in the ISV for the most current information.
1. Create a PC directory for Flow Map and change to it.
a. Select Create Directory from the File menu of the File Manager.
b. Name the directory C:\FLOWMAP.
