Map PC Diagrams
Flow Map PC displays information as a flow diagram which illustrates how the
processes and files interact with each other. FMP displays Measure performance
statistics for each application object and connection on a Flow Map diagram.
When manipulating the Flow Map diagrams, you can group two or more processes or
object files into a single object so they are easy to see and analyze. If you need a
summary overview or a highly detailed diagram representing the application or
system, you can expand them back into individual processes or files.
You can define and display up to nine different views of a diagram of a running
application or system and save each view for later reference. Different views are a
good way to show an application's details or to give a summary of the high-level data
flow. If you vary each view by the level of detail, you can see:
Different performance statistics.
The entire application or system.
Only parts of an application.
