Save View
When you choose the Save option to save a view, a dialog box displays the current
directory, a sample diagram, the number of the current view, and an optional
description for the view. Option buttons give you the choice of replacing the current
view or saving the current view as a different view number. A list of the available
view numbers displays, which includes the existing views for the diagram and the
next higher view number. The next higher view number is the default. You can enter
a view description that is up to 50 characters long. When you choose the Save option
to save a view, Flow Map saves changes made to the current Flow Map view and its
related Object and Connections files.
Save Report
When you choose the Save option to save a report, a dialog box displays the current
directory or the directory that contains the report, and the default name for the report.
The default name is the first eight characters of the name of the object or connection
described in the report. You can accept the default name or enter a new report name.
