Delete The Delete command deletes a Flow Map diagram or report from the hard disk on
your workstation. When you choose the Delete option, a dialog box displays option
buttons for specifying deletion of a diagram or report, the current directory, and a list
of the diagrams or reports in the directory. A confirmation dialog box appears that
lists the name of the diagram or report you want to delete.
Note You cannot undo a delete.

Open Report The Open Report command opens a Flow Map report that you previously saved.
When you select the Open Report option, a dialog box displays a list of the reports in
the current directory. Change the directory if necessary, then select the name of the
report you want to open. You can create a report by selecting the Object Info option
on the Object menu or the Connection Info option on the Connect menu, and then
clicking on the Report command button.

Print Preview The Print Preview command displays each page as it will look when you print the
view or report. If an embedded chart is active in a chart window, Print Preview
displays only the chart. To preview a selected range of pages, select the Print option
on the File menu, click on the Preview check box, and enter the range of pages to
preview.

Page Setup The Page Setup command configures the format of pages for printing Flow Map views
and reports. The default page setup is usually acceptable. Consult the Microsoft Excel
manuals and your printer manual for detailed information on page setup.

Print The Print command prints the current Flow Map view or report in the page format set
in Page Setup. When you choose the Print option, a dialog box displays the print
range, print quality, number of copies, a print preview check box, and other options
that are not applicable to printing in Flow Map.
