Close Diagram The Close Diagram command closes all open views of the current diagram. If any
view has changed since it was last saved, a prompt asks if you want to save the
changes. If there are reports or views of other diagrams open when Close Diagram is
issued, they remain open. Only views of the currently active diagram are closed.
Close Diagram is available only when the currently active window is a diagram view.

Close All The Close All command closes all open views and reports. If you have made any
changes to any open view or report since you last saved it, a prompt asks if you want
to save the changes.

Exit The Exit command ends the Flow Map session and returns you to Windows. If you
made unsaved changes to any Flow Map view, a prompt asks if you want to save
those changes. If you changed any Flow Map preferences during the session, Flow
Map automatically saves the changes.

Caution Always exit from Flow Map by choosing Exit from the File menu. Never exit from Flow Map by choosing
Close from the Excel Control menu or by double-clicking on the Excel control menu. Exiting using the
control menu can cause Flow Map data and possibly Flow Map product files to be corrupted.
View Menu Use the View menu to move from one view to another and control or modify what is
displayed in the current view.
