The G06.25 RVU contains new features for these hardware products:
•
4638 and 46144 Disk Drives
•
HP Virtual Tape for NonStop Servers
•
NonStop S78SE Server
•
NonStop S88000SE Server
4638 and 46144 Disk Drives
The 4638 and 46144 disk drives are 15,000-RMP disk devices integrated into the
NonStop S-series disk CRU.
The 4638 disk drive has a capacity of 36 gigabytes and is supported on G06.09 and
later RVUs. The 46144 disk drive has a capacity of 144 gigabytes and is supported on
G06.19 and later RVUs.
Both the 4638 and 46144 disk drives can be utilized within the I/O or processor
enclosures of an S-series NonStop server.
The same service procedures apply for these drives as for all previous S-series disk
drives.
HP Virtual Tape for NonStop Servers
These models are now available for the HP Virtual Tape for NonStop Servers:

VT5900-A
•
VT5900-B
•
VT5900-C
OSM supports the HP Virtual Tape for NonStop Servers. TSM does not.

NonStop S78SE Server
The HP NonStop S78SE server is introduced at G06.25 and supported in G06.16 and
later RVUs. It provides improved processor performance compared with the NonStop
S76SE server.
