Migration

In general, all TS/MP 2.0 applications that use Pathsend requesters and TS/MP 2.0

scripts (also called OBEY files) can run in a TS/MP 2.1 environment. However, you

might need to modify the PATHMON process configuration to achieve optimum TS/MP

2.1 performance (due to a new algorithm for link management that may require more

or fewer links to server processes).

Fallback

You must consult HP support if you have installed TS/MP 2.1 and have run

applications that use Pathsend requesters, and then decide to fall back to TS/MP 2.0.
