Configuration Products report (ZPHIR10) no longer
lists duplicate entries.

When you add a DSM/SCM user, the Maintenance
Interface and the Planner Interface do not allow the
addition of a user who is not configured in
SAFECOM. An error is returned.

run even if a T6031D46 PVU is already installed.
T6031D46 ABN G06.26 ZPHIRNM creates a dial-out report (SWCONFIG)
from the new configuration SYSnn to
$DSMSCM.ZDSMSCM.SWCONFIG.
