NetBatch increases the WAITON limit for jobs from 20 to 50. You can now
configure a job with a maximum of 50 master jobs.
In addition, the error message and the help text are modified to reflect the WAITON
limit change.

The scheduler now assigns job numbers consecutively in the range 1 through
32767. Previously, job numbers were assigned consecutively in the range 1
through 9999.
