Event Messages
Recovery. Refer to the Operator Messages Manual for information on the errors. If
necessary, contact your service provider and provide all relevant information as
follows:
•
Descriptions of the problem and accompanying symptoms
•
Details from the message or messages generated
•
Supporting documentation such as Event Management Service (EMS) logs, trace
files, and a processor dump, if applicable
If your local operating procedures require contacting the GCSC, supply your system
number and the numbers and versions of all related products as well.
Refer to Event Message Tokens on page 6-3, for a description of tokens that are
present in this event message but are not described below.
