ALLOWOPENS Command

Operational Notes
After this command is executed, the final summary state is STOPPED.
Before a subdevice can be added, the line with which it is associated must be added.
ALLOWOPENS Command
The ALLOWOPENS command allows opens to be issued to a subdevice object. This
command reverses the effect of a FORBIDOPENS command.
